SMS Terms

Registered brand and SMS program provider: ParkWyze Software LLC.

Program: ParkWyze Software LLC reservation and stay messages for participating RV parks, including Silver RV Park and Silverland RV Park. Participating parks currently use one shared texting number: +1 424-552-4769. Each reservation message identifies its park.

After you select the separate, optional SMS checkbox, messages may include a welcome and reservation dashboard link, deposit reminders, reservation changes, check-in instructions and verification codes. This consent covers reservation and stay communications only, not marketing.

Message frequency varies with reservation activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of booking or payment.

Stop messages or request help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from reservation texts from the shared sending number across participating parks. STOP does not cancel your reservation. Reply HELP for assistance, use the park website’s Contact option, or email info@parkwyze.online. After opting out, contact the park for non-SMS check-in assistance. To request messages again, text START to the same sending number and provide a new reservation-specific opt-in when required.

Keep your confirmation number and deposit deadline even if you decline messages or delivery fails. Messaging does not verify payment, extend deadlines or change reservation terms. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Phone numbers may change; contact the park if you no longer control your number.
