ParkWyze Software LLC provides the reservation software and reservation text-message program for participating parks. This policy describes how ParkWyze Software LLC and the park use information collected through this service.
Reservation information
ParkWyze Software LLC collects and uses the contact, reservation, RV, payment-reference and stay information you provide to manage your reservation, communicate with you, verify payments and assist with your stay. Payment processors handle card details under their own policies; do not send card numbers by text.
Optional text messages
We record your SMS choice, phone number, disclosure version, time, source page, browser information and a hashed network identifier to document consent. SMS consent is separate from reservation terms and is not required to book or pay.
Sharing and protection
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their independent use. Providers that deliver messages or operate reservation services may process this information solely to provide those services on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect safety and security.
Reservation and consent records are retained as needed for park operations, dispute resolution and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers.
Your choices and questions
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts. This does not cancel a reservation. Contact the park through its website or email info@parkwyze.online about your information or privacy requests. Identity verification and required record retention may apply.
